Newbie!!! how to make the jetpack fly

i'm newbie in zp, and i have a question how to make the jetpack
always fly if i pressed duck and jump in my server if i pressed those buttons
the humans do is leap, pliss help!!

duck (ctrl default) and spacee bar (the large bar -.-)

u have to leave them click, not just 1 second.....

i'm sorry but i have to make it myself i make the zp_jp_upspeed 100
and press it and it works
