block effect
 
Is there anyway that i can block grenade effect of damage ?

The effect or damage ? If damage, use Ham_TakeDamage and check if damagebits is DMG_GRENADE ( 1 << 24 ), thus supercede. To block the effect, you have to block TE_EXPLOSION message. ( Using register_message() for example )

Can you show some codes ?

I want like the user doesn't take damge from HE or taking effect like flashblang so won't not get flash.
