stay at motd screen for X secs?

is there some sort of way to get your client to stay at the opening screen so he or her gets to read the server rules??

Maybe you could show the motd every second...

Or just kickban people on connect, that will make sure no one playes on your server without reading the rules too...

Smartest and easiest way is to just make a HUD message appear with your rules everyround for a long time. Or you could make them take some kinda quiz about your rules , and if they don't get a high score , they are BANNED! :)

Yea , I was going to make that plugin , but wasn't sure about the turnout , think I should do it as a request?

Hmm....Well I dunno....

What you'd have to do is something like this:

First time players come in, take the test. they pass, their STEAMID/Name gets put into a vault or mysql table. Then when they come again it only shows the rules instead of making them take ti again.
IT would be pretty cool. lol. And a bit annoying as well..I like it. :)
