POLL: What do you think will happen to Counter Strike 1.6 in 5 years?
it jsut randomly came to me. what do you think will happen to counter strike 1.6 in 5 years?
you think cs:s will take over cause a much much bigger majority of people will own good enough computers for it? do you think there will be another universal mod like amxx or an "amx mod x mod xx"? :) vote here what you think! |
Re: POLL: What do you think will happen to Counter Strike 1.6 in 10 years?
I predict that half-life 1 programming will die in 1/2 years and that there will be a massive move to source mod.

I play DOD and if it dies I'm done. I hate source :).

I prefer programming to playing. I feel that when I try "Team Fortress 2" and make my first plugin for it, I will stick with source mod.

There's no "things will stay largely as they are" option.

Re: POLL: What do you think will happen to Counter Strike 1.6 in 5 years?
That's what people were saying five years ago and they were right, but Counter-Strike still competes with the largest blockbusters released today, but unlike them has proven its unmatched longevity. Maintaining the status quo is a much more realistic proposition than Counter-Strike somehow gaining ground.
