PlayerRunCommand usage example
 

I am having trouble getting PlayerRunCommand from Hacks Extension to work. Please provide me with an example of its usage, specifically how to extract values from CUserCmd *ucmd, IMoveHelper *moveHelp.

why? I am asking for scripting help using a function from an extension. So, this should be the right forum. If I was asking for an advancement, bug, and so forth; then I would post in the extensions forum. EDIT: (I just checked that forum and people have been asking for scripting help there. So, I will post there as well. But, I still think that it should be posted here.)

It's a question specific to that one extension. If you're looking for more general help, this forum would be the place. Sure, you could get help here, but the fastest way to get help with what you want for that extension, is to post in it's thread.

I agree with you that the fastest way to get help is to ask in the extension's thread.
However, I think that the thread becomes a mess when people start asking for help in it. Unless of course users are forced to use the hybrid thread mode and reply to the first post for help by clicking the http://forums.alliedmods.net/images/...quickreply.gif button or if they just want to leave a comment reply normally.
