Looking for Pawn/Amxx Studio for Linux
Well, I know there were some threads about this topic but I didn't found a answer of my question.
I installed on my homepc Linux Debian etch and I want to code with this system. The problem is that Pawn and Amxx studio not really working with wine under debian. It's very laggy. Now my question is if there any programms where I can code on debian. Thanks for help. |
Re: Looking for Pawn/Amxx Studio for Linux
I haven't seen a GUI editor that can support Pawn's weird syntax.
However, Notepad++ sort of works under wine. A few people use Crimson Editor on Windows, maybe it too works under wine. I use vim, and for syntax highlighting I just made vim think .sma/.inc/.sp files are C files, but it has some quirks, like the auto indent doesn't want to work. I've been meaning to look into creating a true Pawn vim config. |
