What are you trying to do? If you explain I might be able to help better. Considering, ive never had to use "get_usercmd" and never seen anyone use it.

Soo with that said, please explain what your trying to do.

get_usercmd - Gets parameters sent from CmdStart.

I want forfend "cmd dlfile" when player input "cmd dlfile" in console,if true,disconnect,but i don't know how to use the function,thanks!

No, lol! :/...look at CmdStart from fakemeta...you can hook, buttons...

You cannot hook "cmd" command. It's handled client-side.

Now,in the CS1.5 ,if playing de_dust2,but player input
"cmd dlfile de_inferno.bsp" or other largeness map,server is over !

Just to be on the safe side...
"cmd" is issued by a client but is sent to the server. If on a listening server the command arguments became the command that the player who runs the server would execute. On dedicated servers this does not happen because the server is not identified with a player. ( see "cmd name <new_name>" issue somewhere on these forums ).

Amxx has nothing to do with this issue nor can it modify its functionality. It's an engine limitation / bug.
