[AMXXSC] Compiles fail when compile.exe/compile.sh are used

Compiles fail when compile.exe/compile.sh are used.

Bug: amxxsc was chopping off path information with the -o argument.

Solution: This is fixed in CVS and will be packaged with tomorrow's nightly build.
