(pev(id, pev_oldbuttons) & IN_ATTACK)
&& !(pev(id, pev_button) & IN_ATTACK))

I prolly wrong but I think this says their oldbutton was attack and nnow they have released attack button meaning the throw was already executed, you need to make the move just before throw. I think, but I dont know lol

This would be correct. Switch the two around to get your result ^^.

Lucky you I found this little predicament in a plugin I am coding. They are actually on the ground while the first time they press jump (causing them to jump) so:

   // They must be on the ground to jump...     && (pev(id, pev_flags) & FL_ONGROUND)     && (pev(id, pev_button) & IN_JUMP)
