It's about to back... The new, rewritten Catching Mod. Catching Mod Rebirth.

What is catching?
Catching is a game. Players are put in T and the catcher is put in CT. The catcher has to catch (kill) all the players in order to win. All players MUST NOT kill the catcher. The first one who died will be catcher next round. Unlike Hide N Seek, the catcher won't be blinded.

CVARs
cc_enable 0/1 [Default: 0]
Enable or disable this plugin. Do not change this! To activate or deactivate this plugin use catching_enable instead. (It will automize some commands)

cc_warn 0/1 [Default: 1]
Set whether warn the person who killed catcher first. Note: The person who killed catcher will recieve ONLY one warning.

cc_glow 0/1 [Default: 1]
Set whether glow the catcher or not.

cc_catcher_stronger 0/1 [Default: 1]
Set whether the catcher has 255HP and 255AP or not.

Installation
1. Download the .amxx file below (Hit "Get Plugin")
2. Put it into your plugins folder
3. Open up plugins.ini in configs folder, add catching.amxx to the below
4. Save plugins.ini
5. Open up amxx.cfg
6. Put CVARs settings into it if you want
7. Change map to take effect

So what's the point of being a T? Is there any way to win?

The catcher (CT) kills all players (T) to win.

Ts won't win... Ts all rush away from the catcher CT.

This is like the kids game and it's clever if you have to hide and run. The T thrill will be in beeing the last one to be killed. you could set a special point for that(the last T to be killed). The problem doe is that the ones that die first have to wait a long time to play and becomes boring. So you could change it to if it catchs one the one that is cathed becomes the seeker and gets spawn in a diferent place and freezes for 5 or 10 seconds so every one can run away and who gets caught gets a negative point and the one who as less negative points wins. You can set also to have more then one seeker.

And to advance even more you could give more velocity to Ts so it wont be so easy and you could tease the seaker and makes it become even more interesting!

And to be really really cool would be to have a special hunting weapon!

I can imagine it by changing my skins like T has monkeys and CT has hunters in a safari! Really cool!

Actually I played with my friends without this plugin before and found that the first one who died won't feel too boring if he specs at the catcher.

That's why I scripted this plugin.

Does the CT get a gun? It's kinda cheap if they do. If so, maybe make it so you have to press the use key on another player to "catch" them?

No guns, just knives. (But scout is given for faster running)
