Player getting to a special area on the map
I want to check when a players comes close to lets say Origin 0, 0, 0.
How do I do this without checking the origin in Client_Post/PreThink (I don't want to use the Think's at all)? Thanks! |

How could I use this with a function that triggers if the user comes close to 0, 0, 0 without looping/checking with a task/Post or PreThink?

You could make an entitiy, for example 50x50x50, and more it to 0, 0 ,0. Then register_touch with the player and the entity. So if they get withing 50 units of 0, 0, 0 it will call the touch function.
