FFA not working on Win server

Installed 0.91 and FFA is not working.
I am using Stripper and Mani.

mp_friendlyfire is set to 0
During game there is no respawns and kills are not calculated...

Did you update your server? I had this issue as well, because the last update was not mandatory, and the previous SRCDS version was incompatible with the .91 CSSDM. Updated, and it worked fine.
