It means that you have set the var date in some other part of your code.
Just rename the date thing to like datenew in that part of the code only, and you should be fine.[/small]

In this case, it means that there is already a (in this case native) function called "date".

native date(&year=0,&month=0,&day=0);
(from scripting/includes/core.ini)
