Bullet Registration
well, there was something like this for ut99, where the server would calculate client side registeration, instead of server side, so people with higher pings would be able to play like they had a nice low ping, and it also helped with bullet registration, so if you shot someone and the server lagged or something, it would'nt damage them, is this possible? :D
