TF2 externally downloaded plugins not loading
 

All plugins that arn't bundled with SM don't load showing an error and for some reason the SM logs folder is empty despite 'log on' being in my server.cfg

Errors:
tf2attributes.smx ([TF2] TF2Attributes): Error detected in plugin startup (see error logs)
tf_econ_data.smx ([TF2] Econ Data): Error detected in plugin startup (see error logs)
updater.smx (Updater): Error detected in plugin startup (see error logs)
rtd.smx (Roll The Dice (Revamped)): Depends on plugin: rtd.smx
