I'm looking for a plugin for Zombie Plague

Good day. So I'm looking for a plugin. However, I don't know what it's called and thought I'd ask if anyone knows this plugin. So when I played in one server Zombie Plague 4.3 fix4a and I really liked the plugin. So when a person shoots at a Zombie and even a Zombie starts to glow red. I don't know if you could understand me, I've been looking for the plugin for 3 months and I can't find it at all.
