[TF2] Classy (v1.1 06Jan2023)

2 Attachment(s)
Description:
This plugin allows players to wear what they want by typing the cosmetic item number(s) of the cosmetics they want to wear. Players can wear up to five cosmetic items. The cosmetics will not change when they touch a locker or die. The cosmetics will remain until the player removes it using a command. The outfits will be applied for that specific class, even if the player changes class or the map changes.

Players can select the cosmetic items using the cosmetic Item Identification Index number. You can find those numbers using any of these tools:
https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Team_For...nition_Indexes
http://www.tf2tools.net/utilities/schema
https://csrd.science/misc/econ-tf/items.html

Players can select the paint, effect, and style for each cosmetic item.

This plugin also allows Admins to force up to five specific cosmetic items onto target players. The cosmetics will not change when they touch a locker or die. The cosmetics will remain until the Admin or player or removes it using a command. Normal targeting applies so you can target playername, @red, @blue, @bots, etc.

Note: Players can wear any combination of items, even if the cosmetic wasn't designed for the player's class. Expect a bit of weirdness.

Dependency:
Plugin requires TF2Attributes by FlaminSarge. Here's a link: https://github.com/FlaminSarge/tf2attributes

Player Commands:
To see command format: !classyset
To equip items: !classyset <item1Intex>, <item1Paint>, <item1Effect>, <item1Style>, <item2Index>, <item2Paint>, <item2Effect>, <item2Style>, etc. (up to 5 items)
To remove items: !classyset 0
Also to remove items: !classystrip
To see your classy items in chat: !classyshow
To see your classy cookie data in chat: !classycookie
To toggle seeing (or not seeing) any 'fake' cosmetic items on all players: !classyhide

Unusual numbers are currently: 1-278
Paint numbers are currently: 1-29

Player Command Examples:
Wear a Santa hat: !classyset 666
Wear a purple Santa hat: !classyset 666, 2
Wear a purple Santa Hat with random unusual effect: !classyset 666, 2, 999
Wear Santa Hat with random paint, random effect, no style, and Robin Walker slippers: !classyset 666, 999, 999, 0, 30975
Wear the Heavy's Fairy outfit: !classyset 930, 0, 0, 0, 931, 0, 0, 0, 932, 0, 0, 0
To become a Demoman Samurai Warrior with random paint and effect:
!classyset 359, 999, 999, 0, 875, 999, 0, 0, 30348, 999, 0, 0, 30366, 999, 0, 0, 30742, 999, 0, 0

For best results get into the habit of using a zero to fill in features you don't want.

Remove my outfit: !classystrip
Stop showing me cosmetics created with Classy: !classyhide
Resume showing me cosmetics created with Classy: !classyhide

Admin Commands:
To see command format and get help with cosmetic item numbers: !makeclassy
To equip items on target: !makeclassy <target> <item1Intex>, <item1Paint>, <item1Effect>, <item1Style>, <item2Index>, <item2Paint>, <item2Effect>, <item2Style>, etc. (up to 5 items)

Admin Command Examples:
Force player named Bob to wear the Christmas Tree hat: !makeclassy bob 341
Forcefully remove the wearables and reset the classy cookie for target Bob: !makeclassy bob 0

Note: Use caution with the !makeclassy command. Players will not be able to remove the cosmetic unless the Admin uses !makeclassy 0 or the players use !classystrip or !classyset 0

Using , is very clever. I will edit this post if there's any issues I find.

Good Job.

Plugin in original post updated to version 1.1. This version fixes a bug where random effects were being applied but specifically requested effects would not appear. Version 1.1 fixes that problem.

Would it be possible for you to make it the same commands that your previous plugin worked with like !wearit1,!wearit2,!wearit3. Because I've noticed alot of players in my server are confused about how to use the command and the previous way was more noob-friendly.

Would really appreciate it if you can

Re: [TF2] Classy (v1.1 06Jan2023)

could it be possible to add a menu that shows which items are equippable instead of it being numbers on console/chat?

Maybe there is a menu for all hats, paints, effects and unusual?
