[CS:GO] Connecting to server from lobby

Is there any possibility to connect to server from lobby? I mean i call few poeple to lobby then we all connect to my community server? Now if i do, i drop out lobby and connect by myself.

If you set cl_join_advertise 2 in your game they would easily be able to join you from friends list after you have connected.

I would like all of us to connect at one moment so we can start a competitive like in official servers. Thats why im asking. I open a lobby, call 2-3 friends,and the we all call 10 of us,so when we fill the lobby we connect to server.
