How to fix NPC Hitbox direction

From the video, we can see that the bone is always facing the East!

So, we can't accurately hit the model by observing its movements.

But the player's Hitbox is in the right direction
Is there a property that can control the direction of Hitbox?

I know how to use pev_angles can fix the coordinates of bones

However, it is not helpful for traceline to hit Hitbox

EngFunc_Getattachment and GetBonePlacement functions have been broken in CS1.6 you might want to try this one out first

Edit: You could also try pev_v_angle and set the modelindex to see if it solve the problem

It only fixes the coordinates. It does not help the weapon attack Hitbox

Looking at the source code, we can see that he is only modifying a coordinate copied from Hitbox and forwarding it to amxx. The coordinates and angles of Hitbox have not been changed. It is impossible to affect the result of traceline hit.This can only help me draw the correct bone position. But it can't help me hit the Hitbox of the entity model with traceline. (actually, I have already tested it)

You can do it if only the NPC model have it's hands positioned attachments

I don't see anything that can rotate the Hitbox

I changed the zombie.mdl model, which can really hinder players' movement like tentacle2.mdl

But Hitbox does not rotate with the entity

So, maybe there is no way to rotate Hitbox. I can only rotate traceline

Yeah goldsrc sucks it has alot of missing code and unfinished functions...
