[Request] Custom menu

Hello,

I spend a couple of hours to search for such a plugin with no success.
I'm trying to find a custom menu. All the option would be to play a sound which is triggered in chat.

I'm using: Sank Sound where I have added some words and I play some sounds in server.

Would be nice to push a key and choose a sound using the number.

Do you have some proposal or hints?

Thanks a lot!

I think it is possible to edit speech.ini from cmdmenu plugin to play custom sounds.
Let me check.

Ok, i tryed and it works.
You can use speech.ini to do what you want.
I can do it for you, just send me the sounds. Upload it to some webhost and share the link.
Or i can explain to you how to do it yourself.

My guess is to do your best and share it to the community. This way, everyone can look up the answer to their possible problem.

Our sounds are triggered by chat messages. For example if we wrote in chat "I will kill you" the server will play a sound. With this menu we don't know who triggered the sound :(

The player which came with the idea, would like to wrote in the chat "/menu" which could be bind to a key. And from there choose the sound. Is there a possibility to create a custom menu, which only types some messages in the chat?
btw, there is a limit of 64 items in that menu :(

p.s. I managed to get it working with the speech.ini: btw, for the people who are trying to use soeech.ini please consider the following:
Command for wav files: "spk path_to_sound_file"
Commands for mp3 files: "mp3 play sound/path_to_sound_file"

I have some questions...
That menu, do you want it for admins only or public? I guess its public.
Do you want everyone to hear de sound? Or only for the player that chose the sound?
Keep in mind that if more than 1 player chose a sound at the same time, both sounds will be played at the same time. This may be an abusive situation for your server.

Re: [Request] Custom menu

The menu must public. Everyone must hear the sound.
Not both sounds will play at the same time if the menu will use the "say" command. (this is managed by the Sank Sound plugin).
In case we use the speech.ini it's clear that both sounds will play at the same time!
Once again, the menu should post a custom message on the chat. ("say" console command)
Thanks
