Not possible to reproduce.
Probably a screenshot from map c8m5_rooftop using hammer editor (because of the purple thing), which you can modify a lot of things These elevator doors are static entities. (so aren't recognized by Stripper) The only way to do it is with lump edit which is a very complex process on L4D2 currently. |

What you see in the maps backgrounds is this sphere in the first picture. Mostly maps have it.
Is not possible to "create", what you can do is spawn things in this area so they will look bigger like in the second picture. |

The skybox is usually located underneath the actual map.
Think you can get the coordinates with stripper_dump or simply by no clipping under the map and search there for it. Do cl_showpos 1 in console to see your current coordinates. Then place something there with stripper, like a boomer, hunter, witch etc with defined animation. Something like that. |

So i added that in death toll map 1 but all dead bodies (Survivor, SI and CI) will fall through it, any ideas?

just stripper_dump a map with this configs, probably is just a beam_spotlight with a glow sprite.
