Regarding a black scope in custom awp model
 
Is there any way to remove the black, and add the reflection to the custom awp skin I added to the server?

not sure but the skin needs cubemaps reflection support to support the scope reflection effect. Could be wrong.

I have tried with many maps, which I know for a fact have the cubemaps included.

But the scope of the awp does not seem to support it. I believe it must be something in the vmt files of the skin? :)

Anyone knows a solution?

Like 65% sure it is this + how weapon model / texture is made.
