[CSGO] GhostStab / Knife Hit doesn't register
Hello,
I have a CS:GO HNS/Hidenseek ChaseMod Server I am looking for a plugin or setting that would fix the so-called ghoststab. GhostStab = Knife/Hit sound plays, the animation plays but hit doesn't register. I'm thinking this is some desync issue. I run a 128 tick server with these rate settings (Tried many rate settings found these the best): sv_maxrate 0 sv_minrate 196608 sv_minupdaterate 128 sv_maxcmdrate 128 sv_mincmdrate 128 sv_client_cmdrate_difference 0 Help would be appreciated! Not possible to fix. If you truly want to fix that, you need to fully get rid of prediction.
This means first reduce the length of stab to 0, then calculate YOURSELF whether or not a stab hits, which may break gameplay as what you think registers and what the game treats a hit are different. I recommend making an entire API to be able to modify the distance at will, as only 1 plugin can exist that interacts with the distance ( inbefore server owners give themselves more distance... ) |
