Can you be more specific, what you mean by "detect". What do you want this plugin to do?

The easiest method is to edit the plugin that sends the command. Otherwise, it's unlikely that it's possible without editing the client_cmd() function in AMX Mod X.

i think spk is just a client-side command , so i cant hook it
for this , i should just stop sending client_cmd()...

If you register spk in register_clcmd and get the parameters in the function you are executing, you should be able to see which file will be played.

Can you tell us which plugin do you want to detect, it's easy to modify that plugin that is sending spk .mp3. Give us your .sma or something. Or at least explain what you want to do.

@supertrio17, it's completely unnecessary to bump someone else's thread (and it's against the rules). Also, this is scripting help section where the requester is attempting to write/edit a plugin on their own.

Based on his response, it sounds like he's got the info he needs. If he doesn't, he can ask another question.

Did you test that theory?

I asked if there was any news because I needed that exact same thing for my plugin...

Then edit your plugin.
