STUPID F****ING PRECACHE
 
OK I GET THIS ERROR

Host_Error: PF_precache_model_I: Model 'models/rpgrocket.mdl' failed to precache because the item count is over the 512 limit.

BUT I DO NOT PRECACHE IT ANYWHERE!!!! WHY IS IT BEING PRECACHED.. WHY WHY WHY!!!!!

Maybe a precache somewhere else is causing a failure

i checked all precached.. both in plugins and in map... none of them are precaching the model

I know for a fact that the mod (TS) doesn't precache this model.. now why does it precache :(

I mean maybe the precaching of a DIFFERENT model is causing it

i have that error when i put the de_museum.bsp map

MDL are Buggy

this happens a lot in DoD because a lot of the maps are near the brush count limits and some plugins throw it over the top.
I just end up disabling either those plugins or those maps.
I'm sorry to say that I dont have any real solutions for you other than to use stripper for the map/s that contain those models and or to disable a few plugins that add extra sounds, models, etc.

at least you know your not alone. :D
