Right, missed that.

Don't know why that suddenly started happening, maybe you updated from an old version which didn't have something that the newer ones do, I don't know. This should hopefully work, let me know.

I always have the latest versions of the plugin.
Tested, now it's l4d_heartbeat_screen "2", l4d_heartbeat_sound "2" works correctly, here it is l4d_heartbeat_vocalize "2" does not work when the player hangs on the ledge and gets up himself.

Did it work before with Heartbeat plugin setting the black and white status?

Otherwise that plugin probably should check for "m_bIsOnThirdStrike" in L4D2 or "m_currentReviveCount" == 2 in L4D1. Under those conditions a players screen will be black and white.

Yes, everything works fine, it works when the player has risen by himself, not works only when the player hangs on the ledge and gets up himself. Sometimes the heartbeat does not work in any case, for about 1 second it is audible and everything, as if something is blocking it.

long tested, without this LMC_Black_and_White_Notifier plugin everything works fine
There is such a cvar there lmc_glowflash", "20", "while black and white if below 20(Def) start pulsing (0 = disable)"
Maybe that plugin conflicts with yours?
