HLStats Opinions/Experiences
 

I just want to get an idea based on the SourceMod communities personal experiences with the old outdated HLStats System? I still use this system for backend purposes for my game server network, tracking stats on a total of 5 different systems (for different gamemodes) with over 25+ Servers on them in total (not running the in-game plugin) for CS:GO. I believe it is one hell of a amazing project when you see how much data is being tracked ranging from weapons used to individual player sessions and haven't seen anything better.

But with all the amazing features, cons are to be expected (especially while being so outdated), and I've run into some issues where some players stats aren't being tracked due to odd reasons like usernames that contain non normal characters and more unknown reasons (that i'm still trying to figure out).

Just wanted to get everyones opinions and see if anyone has any solutions of systems that are even remotely comparable to HLStats. Thanks!

I believe the most important information to start with is, what version of HLStatsX are you running?

It would be more helpful to link to the one you are using, as currently they are all labeled as version 1.6.19 regarding SourceMod.
