Players spawning mid etc

On my servers people can spawn mid upon spamming Space when joining, this also puts them in other places such as Mid(Cache/Mirage) & B site Inferno, I don’t have any plugins which could cause this and unsure as to why.
Any ideas?

This was brought up in another thread somewhat recently and I believe the response was that a lot of AFK Managers or "force to spectate" plugins are behind the problem. Something with the way their code handled players and then put them in the game.

I see you are using arguably the most popular AFK Manager by Rothgar, which is a great plugin, but I do believe that is one that falls into the category I described above. I use it myself and once in a blue moon I have someone that spawns in mid. This has only occurred post-Panorama update in my experience.

I'm not the one who came to this conclusion in regards to the plugins being the problem, but it does seem very reasonable. If I can find the thread I'll edit it into the comment.
