I want to know if there is any "legal" way to see if the user is muffler or not: M4A1 and USP.

After placing, after removing.

You didn't tell us what you're trying to do, so we can't possibly tell you the "right time".

PS: it's called a silencer.

You can call it anytime you want , but you need the weapon entity index and it should be valid.
