[WTF?] In-Game cPanel Certificate (HELP)

When I Start The CS 1.6 And Connect To My HLDS Server (Only First Connection) Freezing CS 1.6 And Showing About Certificate OK But It's Time Has Expired. Do You Accept? In Every Situation (Click Yes Or No) Closing Certificate, I Choose Team And Continue To Playing As Nothing Has Happened. I'm Sure That's About Amxmodx Or Metamod Files. I Don't Use W Or cPanel. How Can I Remove. Where Is The Certificate In The Game Folders?:roll:

No it's not. Where did you download Counter Strike from?

This is an incompatibility between your computer and the webserver serving the MOTD of the server that you are connecting to.

Well, the problem is that you're using Windows XP which doesn't support modern TLS.
