Hey, its possible do anything to climb the walls but with stairs style ? How to if all walls are a stair...

That is a cvar that will allow you to climb on anything as it were stairs.

You could've said that in the first post. I don't think there's anything in AMXX for stepsize that could help you giving only terrorists opportunity to climb...

I think it can be achieved by using Orpheu to just retrieve ppmove and in "movevars" change "stepsize" for each player separately. There's some code you can use here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=118476

ppmove memory offset could be outdated in that post though, but I would think there's an updated (post-2013) one around.
