Physic problem

Question : object A. Started from the origin with initial velocity of 10m/sec & it has a negative acceleration (-2m/s^2). Object B is away from the origin 10 meters. what must to be the minimum velocity of Object B (constant velocity) for Objects to never hit each other!

Sorry for the wrong section!

Sounds like a homework problem you should be doing yourself . . .

Something does not look right or I'm missing something. Object A will stop in 25 m after a time of 5 s based on your numerical data. But the distance between them is only 10 m, and if they are on the same axis they will always meet, because object A will surpass object B.

OBJECT B. & A starting directon to right

Iknow but the question is what should be the minimum constant velocity for Object B to not meet with Object A

Code:

A>-----------10m-----------B>-------------------------------------------(stop @ 25 m Object A)
The stopping time & distance for Object A its dosent really matters what matters is when they just meets one in what velo for Object B!

And your solution isnt the one sorry ? Xp i know the final answer, Vb > 3.6 m/sec

Re: Physic problem

Constant Velocity B > ((10×T - T^2 - 10)/T)

T = the time , Vb = Velocity of Object B.

Code:

T => Result
1 >>> Vb > -1 m/sec
2 >>> Vb > 3 m/sec
3 >>> Vb > (11÷3) = 3.666 m/sec
4 >>> Vb > 3.5 m/sec
5 >>> Vb > 3 m/sec

Ofcourse we get the biggest result and thats what must be for the mini velo of Object B to not to meet with object A

So, what exactly is your Scripting Help question?
