Use the TF2 message panel to announce player joins.
 

I am looking for someone to make a plugin for me that will use the TF2 message panel to announce cretin player joins. I would like it to have 2 criteria to triggering.

A configf file with a way to set the required flag that the message needs to trigger. This is one half of the trigger. The other half would be in a file that I would add steam id's to. So both the flag and the steam id are needed for this message to trigger for someone.

Also I would like a config file to set the message so I can have different message on different servers, that would let me use something like [PLAYER NAME] for who ever triggered it.

I am willing to pay a bit for this. I will talk privately about that though.

The game server cannot trigger that hud panel to display.

I could of swore I saw some server use it for stuff before.

The item server messages are client sided
