[TF2 request] Mannpower powerups
 
I've been looking through the plugin list finding something that has to do with the Mannpower powerups, but all I found was a snippet to spawn them.

I'm requesting a plugin that lets you either give one/several of the powerups to players as conditions (and by extension remove these conditions) or spawn them as pickups.

If it's possible to spawn the powerups, it would be good if there was also a way to manually set with commands or with an in-game panel where the runes will spawn and save them in a file (be it a SQLite database, MySQL, a configuration file...), like you can do in this plugin, and spawn the powerups on round start or whenever it should happen, like in Mannpower.


In short, I'm requesting a plugin that lets you give the powerup conditions to players with a command (and remove the condition too), and that lets you spawn these powerups if possible.
If the latter is indeed possible, then a way to manually add powerup spawn locations so everytime the round starts the powerups are spawned, like in Mannpower, would be appreciated too.
