[REQ] Admin immunity lvl additions

Im just wondering if its possible for someone to make it so that anyone with immunity would be able to toggle it so that ppl can see their admin or not. Im sure that confused you.

Now what i mean, is that someone can type /hide (must be admin with immunity access), and it doesnt actually type it, just replaces it with asying you are now hidden or something. And what it does is blocks you from being shown in the amx_who list. So like it would show you, but only with access z, as normal.

Then you would type /show and once again it woudlnt actually type it, and it would tell you in chat, that you are no longer hidden. Now if someone types amx_who they will now see you with admin. Also if it could be compatible with the plugin that you type /admins it shows what admin is currently online. So if i type /hide, it wouldnt show me in that list.

The plugin shouldnt disable the users admin access either when they are hidden. So if their hidden they can still use admin commands.

Also another request would be, that any admin with immunity access, it doesnt show their name for admin commands. I have it set to show the names of admins whenever they use a command. Well im wondering, if only immunity access admins could have it so that if they use a command it shows ADMIN: then command here. Instead of Pulpy used this command. But if someone else used a command and they arent immune then it shows their name and command they did.

Again both these requests for only admins with immunity access.

I know it sounds like a lot, but i think that just for those select few admins,it'd be nice to be able to play on your server hidden, without being bugged by 20 ppl asking you to do this or this.

Anyways thx to anyone if anyone decides to take this project on.

hmm... anyone interested in this? I thought it'd be a good idea....

amx_who is only available for other admins to see unless you cange peoples default access level. Not to mention you could probably disable amx_who altogether so no one knows who is admin and who isn't.

I do like the idea of a command that can turn your immunity on and off though in case you want to run a command on yourself that you can't normally for whatever reason.

All you'd have to do is modify the amx_who method in the admincmd plugin. I already have mine set to hide admins of ADMIN_LEVEL_D from everyone below them. It would be simple to add a command that modified some active variables and such... 90% of the scripters on these forums can do it.

well, i cant really script at all, so ya lol.

I did that a while ago and released the updated admin.sma (the versions have changed and so has the code since then) but it was also trashed.

alright, well if you could rescript it like that for me, that'd be great. Prob take you wat like 10 min? lol

Probably less if I can find my post. If you find the post Ill redo it with the current version.

"a" - 0
"b" - 1
"c" - 2
"d" - 3
and so on...

so change #define ADMIN_HIDE to whatever coorisponds to the flag you want to then your hidden from amx_who it says you have access z.

I suggest backing up the origional one.

Thanks, its locked however, so, does it allow me to type /hide, and it wont show me, it prints to screen that i am no longer visible for amx_who or w/e, then type /show and it tells me i am no longer hidden, and they can see me in amx_who again.
