oci what is the right section ?

@wicked my problem is i tried to run non-steam serve but i saw that didn't go to well so i decide to remove them from liblist.gam but now my server don't start

Buy the game on steam and make the server steam only... It's not that expensive...

All three of those settings can and should exist simultaneously. The OS will determine which one is used.
