When it is called 'CForwardMngr:clear()' ?
becouse my server is crashed and in the debug.log file are logs:

There are thousands of version of AMX Mod X 1.8.3 (because it's currently in development) so you need to, first update to the latest and test it. If it still happens then you can post.

Can you give us steps to reproduce the issue, or bisect which plugin causes this behavior for you? It would be very helpful if you could narrow it down for us.

If you can reliably reproduce it, you should figure out what plugin is causing it so that they don't have to randomly guess where it might be happening.
