[Request] Armor manager
 

I need an plugin that will manage armor for certain users. This is for a Zombie mod (biohazard).
The plugin would read user STEAM ID from an separate file located in configs folder and check apply an defined amount of armor at round start for a player.

The configuration file for the plugin would be something like this (And if possible that ; indicates a comment and is ignored):
"User STEAM ID" "Armor amount"

And the plugin would work like this:
Round start > Check file > Apply armor (Only at round start and not again until next round)

I know there is give_armor in amx_super (which i dont use because it crashes my server) but i am not skilled to extract the code and make it do what i want.
