In general, existing plugins should still work because SourceMod should be backwards compatible. This should also include the source. And the ZR code compiles on 1.7 too.
Updating the complete source code is like rewriting ZR, so there's no ETA for that task. |

I have had no issues running it on 1.7 since I updated over a month ago.

I will most likely not do this, but I speak for myself now. It's easy to underestimate how much work it really is.
