How to combine models in one .mdl file?

Hay I need to do something like the jbextreme.mdl players model from here: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=120991
Can this be done using MilkShape 3D and if so how?

Yes, you can. Just decompile the model and compare its qc file with default one's to see how it's done.

MilkShape 3D isn't needed, there is a link for some nice softwares to compile/decompile in my signature: Useful links → the "how to remove the modelT" thingy.
