well... I'd like to know if there is any page where I can read about this? And what can I do with it. Lets say I draw a line on the map. Is there a way I can change how long this line stays visible? Because I think this is causing problems in my plugin. Read more about the problem ...

Sprite index is the sprite you're going to use:

new sprite; public plugin_precache() {   sprite = precache_model("sprites/sprite.spr"); }

Starting frame is the frame that the sprite will start at :p

Frame rate is the number of frames per second I'm guessing.

I'm not sure about the last one. I rarely use temp entity events/messages.
