does cs_get_weapon_burst(index) work?
I've tried this and it seems to return 0 for all data types regardless of anything.

If it don't work then just make up a stock to do detection capturing the text message of Switched To Burst Fire (something like that)
|
hehe Target i dont think that many people know how to make modules and stocks.

the function itself doesnt even make sense. The description says it wants the ID of the gun... soo with one argument how does it know the person? When you use the person as the ID it returns zero for every gun in your hand. When you use multiple arguments (which for some reason compiles) you crash your server

I don't get what you trying to do [FBX]
All cs_get_weapon_burst(index) is suppose to do is return 0/1 depending if the ID has Burst Fire enabled or not. Edit: Ah I see what you mean now, yeah that doesn't make sense :D Johnny fix you code :) Just get the weapon id automactically from player id, require less coding then for scriptors. Doubt if many people are gonna check for burst mode on weapons lying around on the ground. |
? You shuold do just like you say

The burstmode setting is NOT a setting of a player, but rather a setting of a weapon. That's why it says you should supply the index of a weapon, not a player. A person cannot be in burst mode :-D But I agree, I so far don't see why anyone would use this. However since I found it I thought it'd be a waste to not make something out of it. So far I made a native of almost every cs-specific setting I know how to change. You never know what crazy use crazy people have for stuff like this in their crazy plugins... |
use something like find_ent_by_owner(0,"weapon_galil",id) to find the weapon id
