When peoples will stop trying to port everything from engine to fakemeta ? Engine has no problem, his functions are more readable, take less time to execute. I'm not saying that fakemeta is a bad way, we had this discussion before too may times: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=248759. A moderator please lock this heard.

If you like it, this doesn't mean that you have to convert engine to fakemeta. There is no reason for this, engine is a very good module too.

As it has been said, current code is fine. There is no reason to convert. Actually that would be a bad idea, this will require at least x5 more natives calls, meaning with your code: engine -> 4 natives calls, fakemeta 4 * 5 = 20 natives calls. This doesn't make sense really to use fakemeta.
I'm closing this as this is another thread where OP wants to convert code engine -> fakemeta because he thinks it's better or similar even though he has no idea what he's saying. |
