Actually you can use Google Drive
There IS a way to use Google Drive as a http server

Just... be aware that Google Drive will block "high traffic" files temporarily. I've had this happen when I linked a sound file from Reddit's /r/tf2 on my account.

You need to use the public folder, and copy the link to the "tf" folder of your dropbox.

You'll have something like public/tf/sound/lala.mp3

Copy the link and delete the path so it's something like dropbox.com/somecharacters/tf/
