You mean the player is hitted trough wall, from another player? Or you mean when the player is shooting in wall, but not hitting another player?

I mean, when i shoot with weapon to wall, or with knife slash/stab to wall

In this check, victim should be WALL

for the knife you can easy detect it by FM_EmitSound like this :
