Best Rates For Smooth Registry And Low Ping ?
 
So what are the best rates for a rented server which give smooth registry and low and stable pings ?

PS : please dont suggest me rates calculator etc...

You will have to figure that out for yourself. Just adjust your rates until you find what works best for your server.

cl_cmdrate 105
ex_interp 0.01

Need a decent connection to run these on a server.

M using hlds 6153 build, does it support more than 25k maxrate ?

There is no need to test it. You simply cannot apply YOUR rates to ANYone elses server, nor do you know the rates a client can run. So setting them to 60k for someone with a dial-up connection will result in a very bad experience for this client.
