Using 1.8.3, there is a forward: CS_OnBuy(id, item).

CS_OnBuy is the new forward, you don't need to register anything

From which build number?

Or I'll just download the latest one anyway.

Does it have a return value?

Like to block player getting item?

Well, you have to use new version of amxmodx in order to be able to use this. What is the point to add it into old version ? They won't be old anymore since they are updated.
