[TF2] Health & Ammo kit respawn time
Currently all health and ammo kit respawn after 10 second, it would be awesome if there's a way to change that into a customizable amount of time, for example 100 second or something. Is it possible?

I didn't find any signs of that plugin, the closest one I found was one where admins can spawn ammo/health packs.
After long searching I found out that ammo and health packs and their respawntimes are map-side thing and it would be very difficult to customise map that way by using Sourcemod. You probably have to edit the map you wish to use, change the am.mo/health kits and make your own respawntime for 'em. Though that's just what I found online. So I can't say that it's impossible to have plugin to do this. Maybe there is another way to handle what you're looking for. Why do you exactly wish to change the respawn time? |

I run a Hidden server server and wish to make health & ammo more scarce.
Perhaps Stripper: Source can mess with the entities and change their respawn time? I'm clueless though, the wiki didnt help :( |

Maybe by deleting existing ammo & health packs and create new health & ammo packs with a custom respawn time ? But I'm not sure if you can remove the existing one...

There is another trick to achieve your goal. Grab all the entity name, remember they position and kill it. This way player wont see it anyway. After your timer kick in, respawn them 1 by 1 by sequence.
Other method is using barcadi method plus mine without kill the entity instead set the entity alpha to zero so player wont notice them. Edit: I dont really understand what I wrote. Hope you do :D Edit2: oh.. Arkarr already mentioned this. Ma bad.. |

The esiest way for that for example with item_healthkit_full lets name it to health_pack, if you set Auto-Materialize to "no" (0) and gives an output like this:
Output OnPlayerTouch health_pack Enable After a delay in sec: (a customizable amount of time) And you done. Auto-Materialize: Additionally, disabling this option allows respawning the kit with the Enable input. |
