weapon functions needed
 
Could someone tell me what functions are needed to make a custom weapon that takes up a weapon slot? I've been searching but the info found in other posts is limited and not very useful or doesn't pertain to what I want to do at all.

You could just set a model to a certain weapon when a command is called, and change the sounds and effects etc..

Dont need proof. The weapon slots tutorial replaces weapons. I'm looking for a way to add a weapon that doesnt involve removing one first to fit mine in. AdminOP and FlipSide add weapons without removing one. Im guessing this is a limitation of amxx considering how limited the tutorials are. A friend on steam recommended I should try with orpheu but I never worked with it before which just add more uncertainty.
