Dead and Alive chatt

Hey can you tell me how can I fix a problem in my server. Dead players see alive players chatt and alive players see dead people chatt and they can chatt with each other . How can I fix that ? Oh and I don't want to double post but can I upgrade my server to amxmodx 1.8.2 with metamod 1.21 cuz in amxmodx.org says that this doesn't work with hldsupdatetools servers . Right now I am running on amx mod x 1.8.1 . Thanks

Update your server (using SteamCMD), then update AMXX
